SLJ Activity: Charity Activity 3 day 1 Week 1

SPCA: The SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is dedicated to preventing cruelty towards animals. ... In addition to protecting and providing shelter to strays and animals in danger, the SPCA deals with proper pet care and animal adoption. 
This charity has helped  A lot of animals the past few months and is improving more and more  which is why I chose this Charity because it cares for our community and helps endangered animals.

    Hey Joshua (or JO$HU@),

    The SPCA is an awesome organisation that does great work, your post is really informative and the image adds a lot of character and interest to it (plus bonus points for a cute doggo). It's awesome to see that you have found information online and then paraphrased some parts by just selecting the key sentences you want and using your own words for the rest. Great stuff.

    I had to pick up my dog from the SPCA over this weekend because he'd escaped (again) and was wandering around till someone picked him up and left him with the SPCA. They treated him so well that when I got there, even though my dog was exited to see me, he wanted to stay with them and get all the pats and cuddles he could.

    (Quick side note, please try to attribute your images by adding a link or writing where you got any pictures you grab off the internet. For an example, have a look at how the SLJ team have done this around each image on the activities page. This won't cost you points, but it is really good internet practice for the future.)

    Well done on getting started with your Summer Learning Journey Programme. I have a lot of respect for SPCA for the mahi they do. I found your post very informative.
